  3. Then add the flour, baking powder and water. Combine together until it is lump free and set aside
  4. Combine 2 eggs and the pepper mix in a bowl and set aside as well. U don't need to add anymore seasoning if ur pepper mix is well seasoned.
  5. Heat up a well greased frying pan on a low flame. Using ⅓ cup of measuring cup or a spoon, add the batter into the pan and tilt to circulate evenly. When it is almost cooked, spread the egg on it and cover to cook for 1-2 mins. U can also spread some cheese if u have.This should be on a low flame so it won't burn before it's done.
  6. When the egg is done, flip and cook for a minute. U can flip 2 times to ensure it is well cooked. Take off pan and roll while it is still hot.
  7. Continue with the process until the batter is finished. I got 4 crepe egg rolls which is perfect for 2 people. When done, I arrange all into the hot frying pan and covered it until i was done with the coffee. This is off heat and to enable it stay hot. Ur Crepe Egg Rolls are ready. If u want more rolls, u can just double the recipe.
