  8. Wait till top starts to bubble and bottom is stiff and brown. Then FLIP. Let cook for another 1 minute.
  9. Serve with butter and syrup.

Pancakes are ready to flip when they having started to puff and bubbles are forming. Stack cooled pancakes between sheets of waxed paper or cooking parchment paper. To reheat, unwrap pancakes, and remove waxed paper. A simple combination of ingredients you likely have on hand (flour, milk, eggs, baking powder) makes these easy pancakes the perfect breakfast!
