  4. Place filled wontons on cookie sheet. Lightly spritz tops with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 8 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy : )

Place the wonton wrappers on a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Allow to cool completely on the tray. Divide the sour cream between the wontons and top with the sliced smoked salmon and chervil. Drain, allow to cool, and chop finely.
