Prepare For Chicken marination:
Make ready 1 1/2 chicken breast chunks
Prepare 1/4 cup hung/ thick yogurt
Prepare 1/2 tbsp paprika powder
Get 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
Prepare 1/2 tbsp all spice powder
Get 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Make ready 1 tsp ginger paste
Prepare 1 tsp garlic paste

Get For gravy:
Prepare 1 tbsp oil
Prepare 2 tbsp butter
Take 1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic
Prepare 1 onion finely chopped
Prepare 3 tomatoes roughly cut
Get 1/2 cup thick yogurt
Make ready to taste Salt
Prepare 2-3 tbsp cream
Take 1/2 tsp all spice powder
Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Make ready 1/2 tsp paprika powder
Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder
Get For Chicken Tikka:
Make ready 4-5 tbsp oil
Prepare Garnish:
Prepare 1 little finely chopped fresh coriander and mint leaves
Take 1 lemon
Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Masala (boneless):
In a big mixing bowl add the chicken chunks with all the spices and yogurt.
Mix nicely, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate at least for 1 hour or overnight.
In a chopper, finely chop the onion and keep aside. Make tomato purée and keep aside.
Now remove the marinated chicken and give a mix. And in a non-stick pan/wok, add 4-5 tbsp oil and add these chunks one by one. Do not over fill the pan, otherwise the chicken will leave it’s waters. Remove in a bowl when done. And repeat the step for the remaining chicken. (keep the flame on medium high)
In another non-stick wok add oil, ginger garlic crushed and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add the chopped onions. Sauté till translucent.
Now add the tomatoes purée and all the spices. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Move away from flame, give a minute’s rest and then add yogurt and cream. Mix well. (I added turmeric powder as I forgot to add it before)
Add chicken tikka chunks and mix. Add butter and let it cook for 5 mins.
1. Serve with Garlic Naan or Puri and enjoy your meal.
