  2. Prepare 200 ml Water -
  3. Prepare 50 gms Butter -

  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder -
  8. Prepare as needed Oil - for frying

Repeat until the pan is full but the bites still have room to fry. Cook the churros until they're golden brown on all sides. Make churros: In a large saucepan over medium heat, add water, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then add vanilla.

Instructions to make Churros:
  1. Heat water in a pan.
  2. Add sugar,salt and butter and mix well.
  3. Then add all purpose flour / maida.
  4. Stir continuously till mixture leave the side of the pan.
  5. Make a soft dough now put this dough in a sev machine with star nozzle and squeeze the dough into a hot oil and fry until golden brown and flip them. - It takes one to two mins.
  6. Coat them with sugar powder and cinnamon powder.
  7. Serve with chocolate sauce

Turn off heat and add flour and salt. They are the Spanish equivalent of doughnuts and are sold at cafes, churros bars, and at street vendor carts. Traditional Spanish churros come in a variety of shapes and sizes, the most common being a loop or a stick. Of course homemade churros aren't churros without a cinnamon-sugar shower. Once the churros are crisp and golden brown, remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain on the kitchen paper-lined tray.
