Hello everybody, it’s me, Dave, welcome to my recipe site. Today, I’m gonna show you how to make a distinctive dish, whipped cream. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I am going to make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

WHIPPED CREAM is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions every day. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. WHIPPED CREAM is something that I have loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have whipped cream using 3 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make WHIPPED CREAM:
  1. Prepare 400 ml can coconut cream
  2. Prepare 1 vanilla bean
  3. Get icing sugar (or any powdered sweetener)

After years of buying frozen whipped topping and cans of store-bought whipped cream filled with who-the-heck-knows-what, I can say with confidence that HOMEMADE. A lot of the dessert recipes I've posted on Inspired by Charm have called for whipped cream. This past weekend as I was working on a few new shortcake recipes for the blog, it dawned on me that I should also share how I make whipped cream. I realize that some of you do not need a recipe for whipped cream.

Instructions to make WHIPPED CREAM:
  1. Put the unopened can of coconut cream in the fridge overnight. Do not shake.
  2. Remove can from fridge. Turn upside down. Open. Pour contents into a bowl.
  3. Cut the vanilla bean in half, lengthways. With a knife, slowly & carefully scrape out the seeds.
  4. Add the vanilla seeds to the coconut cream. Add icing sugar to desired sweetness, taste. I dont like things to be to sweet thats why I haven't put a quantity.
  5. With a whisk, whip the cream mixture until it thickens. Keep in fridge until use. Keeps for couple days.

Whipped cream goes from soft peaks to firm peaks to butter in the blink of an eye. For this reason, I usually whisk the cream by hand or use a hand mixer. I never use a stand mixer to make whipped cream because it's easy to get distracted and walk away from the mixer (which I have done) then I end up with butter. The whipped cream is all natural but Cool Whip has some added preservatives that would help it hold up. Here, in the South, I'm not sure either of them would hold up very long in our heat and humidity outside.
