So I thought why not try making a chocolate coffee cake without eggs and butter and frost it with the magical Dalgona coffee frosting. Think Jelly Hearts in cake form, with strawberry, peach and mango (seasonal) flavours. The Dalgona coffee is basically our phetoing coffee with a fancy name. Spread some part of the dalgona coffee on one part of the cake, place another one on top of it. Now spread the dalgona coffee on cake. Spread chocolate shavings on it to garnish.
