  5. Let soup sit for a couple of minuets before serving.

Discard bay leaves and skim fat from soup. Remove skin and bones from chicken and discard. Cook, covered, on high until mixture reaches a simmer. Drop dumplings on top of simmering soup, a few at a time. Chicken dumplings flavored with parsley and tarragon are cooked in a chicken broth soup with carrots and chunks of chicken breast in this golden bowl of goodness.
