1. Preheat oven to 400°.

5. In medium saucepan combine spaghetti sauce chopped zucchini, yellow squash, and mushrooms. Be sure to leave behind enough sauce for the bottom of the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. ( I use Prego traditional spaghetti sauce, Toni Chachere's Creole seasoning, and McCormicks Perfect Pinch Italian)
6. In 12" x 9" pan pour light coat of spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan as a base. Lay lasagna in sauce, layer spaghetti sauce mixture over lasagna. Coat in cheese. Repeat twice. At top of lasagna add 5 cheese blend, Romano and Parmesan Cheese.
7. Bake for approximately 30 mins. Or until top is golden brown.
