  4. Add fish and boil for another 3 minutes or until fish is cooked (meat turns white).
  5. Add calamansi juice or tamarind soup mix.
  6. Add more Patis to taste.
  7. Add Kamote and radish.

Add the tomatoes, and onion and simmer for few minutes. Add the tamarind powder and salt to taste. Remove from heat, add the bokchoy leaves. Quantity and times may need to be varied. There is one dish that is perfect for dreary days.
