13. Add in chocolate chips and mix properly. Micro it for 30 sec and then mix.
14. Repeat the process untill all the chocolate chips are melted properly.
15. Now add cream in melted chocolate coffee mixture.
16. Mix softly till it is mixed.

20. Pour chocolate mousse on the biscuit chocolate base.
21. Spread the mousse evenly by tapping the pan with hands lightly.
22. Pour 1 tbsp of whipped cream in the center and few on sides of the mousse.
23. Make swirls or designes with toothpick.
24. Do not overdo it…otherwise it will mix with the mousse.
25. Keep the pan in the fridge to set.
26. When it is set properly remove the base from the pan carefully.
